Reports are available to download throughout the reporting interface. In this section you can find a summary of the reports available to download from the Issue Dashboard. Selecting any of the Download options throughout the Reports interface will prompt you to download either an .xlsx or .csv file.
Please note that all reports outputted in the Issue Dashboard are affected by the settings of the filters at the top of the dashboard.
A view count for each calendar day within the specified from/to filter.
- Recent Visitors
The Download link provides the five latest email addresses to have visited the issue. Selecting Detail will allow you to download a full list of visits including the email address, IP address, visit date/time and published status of the issue.
- All Visits
Detail will allow you to download a list of all visits, including unidentified visitors. The report details visit ID, device ID, IP address, visit email address (if known), user agent, referral URL, visit date/time, visit end date/time, published status and robot visit.
- Most Visited
The Download link will provide the top five email addresses to have visited the issue and the number of visits made by each. Detail will allow you to download a report which includes the email address, IP address, visit date/time and published status for identified visitors.
- Expected Visitors
The Download link will allow you to download a list of all groups, the number of people in the group, group visits and group percentage.
- Page Visits
A visit count for each page in the issue.
